Background
Rob Bate started BB Elite after gaining over 30 years of sales, negotiation and commercial experience, both in the corporate arena and running his own business. With a passion for football and a deep-rooted belief in hard work, honesty and integrity, BB Elite’s sole mission is to work with like-minded players and help them to maximise their potential in their careers.
Rob has played, coached and managed in football, and has a wide network of contacts within the game to ensure that the best opportunities are available for the players represented by BB Elite.
How we work
We stay in regular contact with every player we represent — not just when there is a contract to discuss. We get to know the player, their family and what they want from the game, so that every decision is made with the full picture in mind.
When something comes up, good or bad, our players know they can reach us and that we will act on it quickly. That is the standard every client can expect from us, at every stage of their career.
