The questions we'd ask in your position.
If your son or daughter is doing well in football, you may be approached by agents. It's sensible to ask questions. Here are the ones we'd want answered.
Who exactly will we be dealing with?
BB Elite was founded by Rob Bate, an FA & FIFA-licensed agent (FIFA licence no. 202507-10778, FA licence no. FARA2425). Every family knows exactly who is looking after their child's career, and can reach us whenever they need to.
How do you work with young players?
Carefully, and always with the family involved. We follow the FA and FIFA rules on working with young players to the letter. Rob holds Working with Minors accreditation and an Enhanced DBS check.
Will you put football ahead of school?
No. Education stays a priority. See what we do.
Can we talk to you before deciding anything?
Of course. The first conversation is just a conversation, with no commitment and no pressure. Bring any questions you have.
How do we know you're genuine?
Rob's licences can be checked on the FA and FIFA agent registers, and we're happy to give you our contact details and answer any question in writing.
